DCCC Dues Spreadsheet

This is the internal Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) "dues" spreadsheet from the 2013–2014 election cycle (February 2014 snapshot). It's a member-by-member ledger showing each House Democrat's cash-on-hand, their assigned dues goal and dues actually paid to the DCCC, their fundraising goal and amount raised for the DCCC, contributions to "Frontline" (vulnerable incumbents) and "Red to Blue" (targeted challenger) programs, and accumulated "member points." Members are grouped by rank within the caucus — Leadership, DCCC National Chairs, Chief Deputy Whips, Exclusive Committee Ranking Members, Ranking Members, and so on down to rank-and-file Members — reflecting how dues obligations scaled with seniority and committee assignments. This is the type of internal document that surfaced in reporting on how committee assignments and leadership positions were tied to fundraising quotas within the House Democratic caucus.
